Orientation
An orientation session welcomed the 2026–27 final-year batch, introducing students to the placement process, the role of the Placement & Training Cell, and what the term ahead would involve — setting expectations before the training itself began.
Placement training
The Placement & Training Cell followed up with an intensive Aptitude, Soft Skills and Industry-Readiness Training Program, conducted 10–31 March 2026 with 650+ students registered. Sessions covered aptitude, communication, and soft skills, strengthening students' problem-solving ability and confidence for recruitment.
Together, the two efforts bridge academic learning and industry expectations, reflecting SAL Education's commitment to career-ready graduates.
