Canada Summer Certification Program – 19
At SAL Education Campus we believe that making study abroad a part of our students’ life education is a very effective and accessible means for students to develop the skills they require to stand out in this competitive world. With the constantly growing globalization, strategic international partnerships are the most sort after in higher education. With the thought of providing our students that extra edge during their college life experience, we have partnered with CICE Carleton University (Canada), in association with Unified Growth Foundation (UGF) in the year 2019–20, and have taken the initiative of developing customized course certification for our students to undergo during their summer vacations.
A group of 12 students who were wanting and willing to take up a completely new experience along with their existing college curriculum, a 4 weeks program to be run in Canada with the prestigious Carleton University. These programs were offered in Pharmacy and different verticals of Engineering i.e. Structural Engineering, Mechatronics, Data Analytics and Electrical Engineering.
Students were provided with project-based learning along with innovative classroom teaching methods, in the course that was conducted in Canada. They would also receive certification for the program completion in Canada.
Such programs offer substantial benefits and outcomes for students keen to embark on international exposure. The first benefit of studying abroad is that students have an opportunity to expand their horizon.
